IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: If you don't fill out ALL THREE STEPS before Sept 1st, 2007, then we cannot put you in the game, and we unfortunately will not be able to refund you. No exceptions.

Step 1: Submit PayPal Payment

Price per player: $45 CAD

Instruction for teams: Each member of a team needs to pay and register separately. Just be sure to use the same team name, and list your teammates in your registration.

Step 2: Submit Player Info

After you have made your payment, we need your completed player profile .
